Welcome to Amrani Chauffeurs. We are pleased to offer our services under the following terms and conditions. Please review this agreement carefully before using our services. By accessing this website or utilizing our services, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined below. Any prior agreements between you and AmraniChauffeurs.com are void. This website is intended for residents of the United States.

1. Waiting Time (Applicable for Point-to-Point Service)

  1. Domestic Arrivals: Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, charges apply retroactively from the scheduled pick-up time. Fees are calculated on an hourly basis. Flight delays do not incur additional waiting fees. Ensure the correct flight number and airline details are provided.
  2. International Arrivals: Waiting charges start 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If the delay exceeds 45 minutes, charges apply retroactively. Fees are calculated on an hourly basis. Flight delays do not incur additional waiting fees. Correct flight details must be provided.
  3. Non-Airport Pickups: Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, charges apply retroactively. Fees are calculated hourly.
  4. Train Arrivals: As train schedules cannot be monitored, billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.

2. Cancellations

  1. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@AmraniChauffeurs.com. A confirmation email will be sent as proof of cancellation. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
  2. Cancellation requests made within 1 hour of booking will be processed without charge.
  3. Cancellations made after 1 hour of booking result in no refund of the deposit.
  4. Chargebacks from credit card issuing banks are subject to these policies.

3. Point-to-Point Service Cancellations

  1. Round trips must be canceled as two separate reservations.
  2. A 30% cancellation fee applies from the time of booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  3. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up result in a full charge.
  4. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required for all reservations.

4. Hourly Service Cancellations (Applicable to All Vehicles)

  1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
  2. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled pickup forfeit 100% of the total amount.

5. Wedding and Prom Package Cancellations

  1. All wedding and prom package bookings are non-refundable from the time of reservation.
  2. Packages are billed from garage departure to garage return.

6. Changes in Booking

  1. All booking modifications must be made via email or by calling our office.
  2. Customers will receive a revised confirmation email upon request approval.
  3. Changes to drop-off locations may incur additional fees based on distance.
  4. Additional hours for hourly services can be requested at the original rate, subject to vehicle availability

7. During the Service/Ride

  1. Amrani Chauffeurs is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  2. All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
  3. Passengers must refrain from opening vehicle doors while in motion, throwing objects, or shouting.
  4. Alcohol is permitted only in limousines; food consumption is discouraged.
  5. A $300 cleaning fee applies for any passenger-induced mess or damage.
  6. Clients assume financial responsibility for damages up to $300 for any interior or exterior damage.
  7. Standing in the vehicle is prohibited.
  8. Underage passengers must be accompanied by an adult.
  9. Passengers must allow the chauffeur to handle door operations for safety.

8. Meeting Your Driver at Logan Airport

  1. Terminal A: Exit baggage claim, cross two traffic lanes, turn left, and locate the limo stand.
  2. Terminal B: Exit the arrival level, cross two traffic lanes into the garage, and meet at the designated limo stand.
  3. Terminal C: Take the elevator to central parking ground level; the limo stand is visible upon exit.
  4. Terminal E: Exit the terminal, cross two traffic lanes, and turn left to the limo stand.

9. No-Show Fee

A no-show fee equal to the full trip cost plus applicable waiting time is charged if the passenger fails to meet the driver at the designated location.

10. Surcharges

  1. An early morning surcharge applies for services before 6:00 AM or after midnight.
  2. Customers are responsible for tolls, parking, and airport fees.
  3. Holiday surcharges apply on Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

11. Payment Methods

  1. We accept cash and major credit cards: AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

12. Hourly Rates

  1. Billing starts when the driver leaves the facility and ends when they return.

13. Gratuity and Tips

  1. Chauffeurs receive 100% of the 20% service fee as gratuity.

14. Rights Reserved

  1. Amrani Chauffeurs reserves the right to cancel services without refund if safety risks arise.

15. Electronic Communications

  1. By using our website, you consent to electronic communication.

16. Liability Disclaimer

  1. Amrani Chauffeurs is not liable for weather delays, road conditions, or breakdowns.
  2. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles under unforeseen circumstances.

17. Indemnification

  1. Clients agree to indemnify Amrani Chauffeurs from any claims arising from service usage.

18. Arbitration

  1. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Massachusetts.

19. General Terms

  1. These terms follow Massachusetts state laws.
  2. Terms are subject to change without notice.
  3. Clients are liable for any damages they cause to the vehicle.

20. Trademarks & Privacy Policy

  1. Amrani Chauffeurs respects customer privacy and will not share personal information without consent.
